The house worked out really well for us with 3 of the children in the bunk bed room, adults in 3 Queen/King rooms and one child in a one bed room). "Stayed two nights. It is definitely an established neighborhood. No condos or such. It is centrally located to beaches and shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet"
