"The resort was nice but not enough dining options. They dont accept credit cards in any of the restaurants or shops. It was cold when we eent we tried to go into the outdoor jacuzzi but the water temperature in it was just luke warm and noone was around to adjust it, additionally there was very little entertainment..and any music was over by 7:00...too early."

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"After a very bad experience with another hotel we ended up leaving that one and booked this one and I can say nothing but good things, the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Overall excellent stay. We will return."

"Overall the stay was good. The staff is very friendly. The only complaint I had was sometimes when I tried to call first before arriving and once got on the property the phones would ring and no one would answer. Once someone finally did, they were always extremely helpful. So maybe a little more staffing. But I come almost yearly and will continue to do so because of the excellent location and overall very wonderful staff."

"Comfortable king room in a quaint “beachy” state. Pleasant sunny outdoor pool area. Roomy eating area for 4, refrigerator, single cup coffee maker, small sink area, microwave. "I stayed here for 9 days after Hurricane Milton knocked out the power at my home. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place. It is a little bit old and the facilities reflect that, but everything works and seems to be well maintained. Pets are welcome with a small deposit. Laundry facilities are pretty good. The room was comfortable and -very- clean. The support staff in the front office were very nice and helpful and the cleaning staff was superb. Next hurricane, I'm heading...
