"The condo is in a great location, very convenient to the beach, restaurants, etc. We were visiting family in the area so being in Sawgrass was a plus for us. The condo is nice, and the furnishings are comfortable. I would recommend for golfers and adult getaways a little more than for families with small children. "This VRBO was excellent, It was everything in the description and more. The Beach is steps away and you have to yourself. Absolutely private and so comfortable. The owners are there for any questions, we fortunately didn't need them for anything. I would recommend this VRBO for any couple that is looking to getaway."

"washer or dryer not available ,towels left hanging for us to dry were musty smelling. took towels from sons house and used them. frig had left over grapes, tomatoes and strawberrys left in center bin that were wilted. mowing crew came at 8:30 on saturday morning while men were sleepng in after bachelor party. nice little place to stay"

"They sent me a communication about entry code, but the code did not work. The phone number attached to the listing was not in operation and no one answered the number attached to the email. They eventually got back to me by text and said they couldn’t contact me because it was an international number (ignoring that they gave me a code in an email). The master bathroom was not clean - mildew on the shower curtain and tiles."

"Very nice stay. The host is very helpful and communicated well before and during our stay. Accommodations were thoughtful and well placed throughout the tiny space. The kitchen amenities were plentiful (spices, coffee, silverware/utensils, cookware, cups/etc.) Back porch was a nice spot to sit and enjoy any time of the day (minus the mosquitos). Great location / within walking distance (~3mi) to San Marco and a short drive to most anything else in the area."
