"Nice hotel overall. Staff were friendly and multilingual. Breakfast was nice (buffet italian style). Bed was comfortable (althought no duvet, just a sheet and thin blanket over the top... must be an italian thing). Good location near the train station. Air con worked reasonably well to cool the room from 30C to 21C. Although the controls were a bit confusing (said it was heating when it was cooling). A superb stay

"We had an amazing stay in Copenhagen. Much was due to the great location of the hotel - near the shops, restaurants, a great cafe down the road, near the art museum. We had breakfast at the hotel each day - a selection of everything you could want. We also dined at the hotel - the service was friendly, attentive and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and the linen hood quality."
