"We were celebrating our 55th Wedding Anniversary. I notified the Hotel months before and requested a high floor facing Diamond Head. Also mentioned our late arrival time. We had a 21st floor room facing D.H. and the Clerk (James) scheduled a surprise gift which was supposed to be placed in our room on Thursday, but didn't make it until Saturday , however it was a nice bottle of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, as well as several packages of local Hawaiian snacks. "I traveled with 2 kids and the staff was really nice and always attentive, the ocean view is amazing. It is a little outdated but clean overall and fully stocked. Provided fresh towels and was quick to respond for any requests. I would stay here again! "

"We had so much fun here at OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resorts, loved watching the sunset at the beach. Loved the pool and even more the drinks by the pools! Housekeeping always did an excellent job in keeping neat and clean our room! They ara amazing hard workers (Thanks you housekeepers! "

"Stayed here for Christmas 2024. The oceanfront rooms have an amazing ocean view and was one of the highlights of my trip. I would stay here again just for the view from the room. The location is also great, right next to all of the luxury brands and food options. The hotel itself was clean although on the older side. "Great location, the pool area is perfect and the staff is awesome! Bathrooms are a bit dingy in the rooms and could use an update. Also the floors in the room felt kinda gross. All in all the stay was great and would consider coming back for sure!"

"It is a beautiful property. Many niceties. but I will highlight what kept us from rating this hotel a 5. The omelette bar had excessive wait times, enough that we skipped the omelette on some days. 20 to 30 minutes was not uncommon. There was an out of order signed on the icemaker right outside our door. Turns out every other floor was “out of order“. I think they just shut half of them down. Some inconvenience but no big deal. The rooms were very nice but a little dated."

"This is my go to hotel when I am in Hawaii. 4th time this year for business and 3 of the 4 times were at this hotel. Love the location, amenities, and staff. Especially Mel from the housekeeping team. Took great care of us and always provided a friendly smile and making sure we were taken care of while staying there. Cant wait to see the renovations to the room. I will be back!"

"We changed our hotel last minute for a cheaper option. We were out and about all day and didnt see the value in an expensive hotel. Parking was limited but we were able to get a spot every time. Continental breakfast was nothing fancy but it was nice to have the option. "
