"The hotel is older. The lighting in the common areas was dreary. Furniture was worn. The dining area is old. The water is not good and it made the coffee taste terrible. Our room on the 28 th floor was roomy, clean and had a great view. We enjoyed the pool and service."

"They were awesome. We would stay here again. Brent at the front desk did a great job taking care of us. The rooms were very spacious and had great views. The ocean view room was amazing, but even the city view room had a partial ocean view. Housekeeping did a great job and even reorganized our items to tidy up. "It was amazing! They had a service in the hotel that helped you book certain events and excursions on the island. They also had a hotel bar/restaurant, pool, exercise room so we never had to leave if we didn't want to. They also assisted in finding a company that rented out travel scooters for my disabled husband so we were able to navigate the island on our own. It was amazing and I would stay here again!"
