"This was our dream home away from home. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and the games. It was a rainy weekend so we spent time indoors singing karaoke and gaming. "We had a great time at the house and on Swan Lake. There ware 9 of us, age range 75-12. House worked great. You need to use steps a lot, so if you have trouble with steps, it might not be a good fit. Great lake for water sports, lots of room. Did get busy starting Friday afternoon, but there was still room for skiing and tubing. Fishing was ok. Lots of northerns. But did catch a couple walleyes. Caught nice sunfish off the dock. We had enough fish for a fish fry one night."

"This house is nicely renovated inside. Roku tvs in the living room and queen bedroom. There’s a double futon in the room next to the living room. Outdated couch and chair, but comfy! Things to note: bring blankets. There’s aren’t any for the double bed, and just the comforter for the two beds upstairs. I slept with just a sheet so my daughter could have the comforter. "Enjoy Grand Rapids in a nice place"

"This was just a tiny cabin on a small resort property. There was a large backyard for games. Loved the pool house and lake was clean. I did not realize this cabin was not directly on the lake. It could use some updates, but overall if you are outside, then no issues. I would like a second air conditioner on hot days in the second bedroom!"

"My wife and I - along with our daughter, her husband and our two grandsons, ages 5 and almost 3 - spent 5 wonderful days here. We were in town for our son's 25th wedding anniversary in Eveleth, and needed a place big enough to accommodate us all, both inside and outside. "The property was very clean and has an excellent view of the lake! The house is equipped with everything you need to stay there. Plenty of parking for your vehicles as well as boat trailers. The dock will fit up to 3 boats as well."

"We stayed here for an annual visit to the area. The home is very lovely, clean, spacious and well appointed. The rooms are very large and each has it's own en suite attached, which is very nice. The views are spectacular and the kitchen is well stocked and I do a lot of cooking. Highly recommend this property!"
