"We have stayed at this property many times. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff were excellent. My spouse and I were excited to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. A few items however were missing. There was not a shower curtain and we discovered when we needed to contact the front desk to report a disturbance during quiet hours, there was not a cord attached to the in room phone. When we reported the disturbance the front desk did not initially acknowledge. When I called back...

"Continental breakfast was good with many options; though the coffee seemed very watered down. Beds were comfortable. View of the lake from our room was nice. Pool is decent size, but cold despite being “heated.” The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops which is a plus."

"Liked this business concept. But the remodel makes "Everything" outside the room is chaos. Bar is closed on Sunday and Monday. Neither mentioned on Expedia when making reservation. Wonderfully unique room. Great room amenities; fireplace, dimmable chandelier, massage shower. But no chair? Or stool near bkfst bar. Beds are super comfy! Nice break from the busy city right outside the door. Thanks!"
