Über der Wohnung ist die Dachterrasse und Wohnung der Familie. Die Decke ist nicht sonderlich Schall-Isoliert, so dass man den kleinen Mann mit dem Bobby Car fahren gehört hat und man auch Schritte hört. Wem das stört, sollte sich eine andere Wohnung suchen. Man sollte unbedingt wissen, dass man Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen muss und die Endreinigung vom Mieter selbst durchzuführen ist.
