"Traveled from San Fran to Dallas and stopped short notice in Flagstaff. They were great at getting us booked short notice with a dog. Clean and the staff is very friendly."

"This hotel was beautiful on the inside and very well maintained. Service was okay although we found some staff unfriendly and unwelcoming at certain points which was disappointing as the hotel is really nice. Beds were uncomfortable due to being too soft for our preference. Lovely food and nice presentation. The young breakfast sever we had was the best staff member we dealt with, extremely positive and happy to help. Overall very good, just needs improvement in some staff attitude."

"We loved our stay! Having access to the Bear Paw recreation center was so much fun! On our non-hiking day, we played putt putt and games. The layout worked well for our family and I was not expecting a ginormous master bath so that was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and often reached out to see if we needed anything. My husband and I said it was one of the best check in experiences that we’ve ever had! "

"Second year staying here. A quick layover traveling West. Pre booked and paid. Late arrival with no issues. The property looks like a ski resort from a tv movie. Rooms are a little tight but we made it work. Nice, clean, fridge and microwave. Room was already warm and waiting. Will definitely stay again and do recommend. *no breakfast but not a deal breaker for us"

"The property itself is ok- just a regular motel like stay. It is clean but room appeared to be aged. Staff is very friendly. Advanced mobile check-in saves time and efforts. Breakfast included, which is nice. There is small spa and swimming pool, which is also nice. Reasonable price. "
