"ALL the staff were so accommodating as my luggage did not arrive with me when my flight arrived in Rome and was not going to be delivered to Fiuggi until late the next day. They provided me with a toothbrush, toothpaste a bath robe, slippers and extra blankets and a complimentary beverage. And when they found out I was a vegan they went out and purchased rice milk which was soooo kind so I could have cereal in the morning. "l'hotel si presenta con un bel giardino ed un parcheggio per gli ospiti, una discreta hall, ma appena si entra in camera si nota un ambiente visibilmente vetusto, una camera fredda, un bagno molto freddo, una cabina doccia rotta e infissi in legno che non isolano dai rumori stradali. "The hotel is a two star. However it's clean, comfortable and in great location. It's doesn't have a parking (hence a two star) but parking in Fiuggi is never a problem. Management is family style but impeccable. Breakfast is basic and acceptable. "

"This was the most welcoming place that we stayed of 7 places on our trip to Italy (which included 2 B&Bs). The room was clean.
