"We had a lovely stay at the Mal. We parked in Liverpool one and prepaid 24 hour parking for a good rate. Although there is a NCP opposite which looked cheaper I’d maybe look at this next time. The Mal is a short 10 min walk and is close to Albert Dock. Our stay was 10/10. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. Only minor grumble that there was no moisturiser in the room."

"Property with character. Very unique and clean. Other word that comes to mind is space... Rooms are a very good size and the rest of the property also feels spacious and airy. With option to eat outside by the canal. Walking to the centre is quite a stroll but taxis are available and not expensive at all. Guests may book at the reception.Easy check-in and check out and really friendly and professional staff. Always smiling and happy to help. Nothing seems to be a problem. We had a lovely stay and we will be back."
