"We had such an amazing experience here. The hotel is very traditional, and charming. The lobby courtyard was gorgeous. Upon arrival, not only did they pick up our luggage from the car park, arriving just minutes after I called to let them know we arrived, but we were treated well the whole time. Aziz was wonderful. I asked for custom made leather jackets and he immediately had a shopkeeper come by to show us samples, and then we bought many jackets from the vendor because the deal was great....

"Excellent staff. Hamza is a helpful manager. Breakfast is simple but good. You can request more items. Roof terrace is pleasant for relaxing. We were here for the coldest part of the year so the rooms can be drafty. Heating was provided. Be aware the Mosaic Room opens directly onto the restaurant and it can be a bit noisy when people arrive at the dar, or are eating there. Bab Guisa is the nearest taxi stop on arrival, 5 minutes walk away."

"This Riad is lo ated i side the Medina so its advisable to call ahead 20 minutes prior to arrival so a porter can take you and your luggage directly through the maze that is the Fez medina. The hotel can book a private 4 hour tour of the medina with a local guide for $40 Euro and ask if Omar can guide for you. Well worth it! "What an amazing 200 yrs old house decorated with original pieces! We had a great stay. The Staff is excellent. They make us to feel at home. The location is perfect to explorer the Medina. I would choose it again!! "

"Room was fairly basic, but clean. Everything (outlets, fridge, TV etc.) worked. Breakfast was great. Pool and garden very peaceful. One annoyance: hall lights are on a timer that turns off before I could reach my room. Altogether very nice. I’ll likely return the next time I travel to Meknes."
