"It was great, the only downside was not being able to organise to enter our room any earlier than 3 pm., even though we arrived at 10:00 am. The add for the hotel said "free shuttle" but there was no shuttle from the airport. The shuttle was only available from the hotel to the airport, when leaving. Other wise a good place to stay. "The service was terrible. They advertise with a free shuttle from the airport, but then when you arrive there is none. They claim to be the Airport hotel within 2 km from the airport, but if you need to take a taxi it is more like 10-15km. They do not admit they are wrong and unwilling to compensate the cost of getting there. The facilities are old and need a massive update. Called for an iron board and iron in the morning and after 20 min the reception called back that they could not find any…....

"Stayed 1 night as it was 10 min drive from CERN. This hotel is in France not in Switzerland. The room was a bit small and the AC was barely working. A fan would have been great. We were given a room in 1st floor with no lift,so, it was tough carrying luggage up the narrow stairs that too in a very hot afternoon . The bus stop is good10-15 minutes walk. Taxi is expensive. The breakfast was good as expected . Over all for a one night stay , It was ok. The staff was great very polite and...
