"The staff was very nice but unclear about having to recheck in when we decided to stay another night. Cane in from beach to find key not working. Wouldn’t give new key until I showed ID - all of which was in my room. Luckily I found a pic of my license on my phone. Bed needs to be replaced. Pool area is very uninviting. Needs shrubs or a high fence. "

"We were switched from one of the villas to the Omni Hotel. This was an upgrade because we had an ocean front room. The room was nice, but the resort nickled and dimed us to death which annoyed me. We had to pay $40 a day for valet parking at the hotel or $25 a day to self park in an inconvenient lot. If I have to self park, then the parking should be free. We ended up using the valet because it was a pain to use the garage. I expected a little more from the room itself. The shower leaked and the...

"We had an ocean view room with nice accommodations. We fished on-site and ate at the on-site restaurants. The service and staff were delightful and the grounds were beautiful. Highly recommend this location for families and those wanting to relax and get away."

"The hotel is great for long term stays. The free breakfast was pretty good and the hotel is clean. I didn’t use the pool but it looked decent. It’s in walking distance to the beach and there’s plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive "

"Staff friendly, we were in a room that was close to a street and it was hard not to hear the traffic noise. Dispensers in the bathroom were empty, Breakfast was just okay. Be prepared to pay $12 a night for parking. Plumbing needs to be updated."
