"We loved how reasonable the place was, and how close it was to the airport. However, the mattress was pretty cheap, the shower in room number four was clogged and began to overflow pretty soon after beginning the shower. Finally, a shuttle one-way cost 42 pounds which seems unreasonable for a 10 minute drive. Taxis were cheaper but they were still 30 pounds. If you don’t have a lot of luggage, you can take the subway and it’s not too bad of a walk. "

"I need to complain Hotel.com, not the hotel owner concerned. Only arriving late night to check in, was I told by the owner that his hotel had been closed for a long while because of covid and thus no business. The owner Jeff didn’t understand why hotel.com still accepted my booking and confirmed it. I don’t understand either. The owner was nice enough to prepare the room for me and I was waiting in the cold for half an hour. Yet the room wasn’t really well set up for guests and therefore offered...
