"Very good. Nice hotel, location in a smart area very quiet though the metro or tram seems to go underneath which is quite loud first and last thing at night. There’s a food hall just opposite with a range of options. Food options in the hotel only open until 9.30 and no room service option after that. Excellent views from the terrace on the 7th floor. "

"It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served. "Great property but the only thing was - we had a car and needed parking. Shocking 35 euros per night for parking. I can’t understand why the hotel don’t get it cheaper perhaps 20 euros per night would be more reasonable. The hotel should negotiate with the parking operator hotel rates I think "

"Helaas hebben wij niet kunnen slapen op dit jacht. Speciaal voor marathon Rotterdam met gezin dit hotel geboekt. Ikzelf zou lopen, rest als toeschouwer. Al in september 2017 geboekt en bevestigd via Expedia. Uiteindelijk kom ik dus 7 april aan om in te checken en bel met Willem. Beweert hij doodleuk dat de boot niet beschikbaar is.
