"It’s a decommissioned cruise ship, so its a fun and unique place to stay. The location is not good due it being located on a mile long peninsula. Staff was helpful and friendly enough with the exception of the bar staff during the day. We waited at a bar side table 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged, so we went and sat at the bar and left after 10 minutes since it was apparent we were not getting served. "Helaas hebben wij niet kunnen slapen op dit jacht. Speciaal voor marathon Rotterdam met gezin dit hotel geboekt. Ikzelf zou lopen, rest als toeschouwer. Al in september 2017 geboekt en bevestigd via Expedia. Uiteindelijk kom ik dus 7 april aan om in te checken en bel met Willem. Beweert hij doodleuk dat de boot niet beschikbaar is. "It was a wonderful property. The only issue is there are a lot of stairs, even if you take the elevator we still had to do stairs to get to our room and there were stairs in our room. If you stay here, note if you have issues with stairs so they can put you in a different area."
