"This property is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. An ideal base to explore Porto. Our host was extraordinarily helpful - including finding a doctor to write a script my wife needed. Mornings next to the pool looking over the Douro with fresh fruit from adjacent trees - doesn’t get much better!"

"This property is great and our host was outstanding. We were here for three nights. Our host greeted us with wine, cheese and fruit. He gave us a quick tour of the area pointing out restaurants, grocery store and bakery. He gave us a history of the property and offered suggestions for dining and sightseeing in Porto. "No ac! You will gave to open the windows/doors. Busses bumble Front if building go by so fast all night. It literally creates an air displacement wave that can move the windows. Shower handle/head does not stay in holder to make a normal shower. Walking distance to food and a laundromat across the street! "
