"Hotel is in a perfect location. Grand bazaar and the mosques area are walkable, both with in 10 minutes. Whole staff was very friendly and we got lots of help arranging taxis, airport pick up and baby stroller etc. There is nice view of Istanbul skyline from the terrace. "

The manager, Selim, was very helpful regarding getting around the city and where to visit. Requests for service were dealt with promptly and well. "

They booked our hammam experience and arranged airport transfers, which made everything feel easy and taken care of. Their attention to detail really stood out. The rooftop terrace was a highlight. The view of the city and the Bosphorus was stunning, and the restaurant had great food in a peaceful setting. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full day. Everything about our stay felt smooth, thoughtful, and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again."

Only downside was that it is an old hotel and needs modernisation with bathrooms and floors."
