"I would choose this hotel every time if I we’re coming back to Istanbul! The location is perfect, walking distance from iconic places such as Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet mosque, the Basilica Cistern. "Don't really know where to start with this one, £16 a room per night, clean cheap and central so we can't complain. However, it's not the hotel from the pictures, so this is advice for any future visitors as we'd never have found it without our taxi driver who also struggled. There is no reception, you have to go and pick up the keys from the Buhara mini-mart at the end of the road, they'll then take you past the pictured hotel (looks closed down) to an unsigned door and up to the rooms. "It’s a basic hotel, but it is a COMPLETE hotel less than 5mins walk to the Grand Bazaar, Beyazit area and T1 tram line which connects to alot of attractions. Lotsa of delicious eateries nearby. Ayasofya is just 2 stops away. I was a solo traveler but the hotel is very safe with a night guard and reception always on duty. And the heater keeps you warm on cold nights, the shower is nice and hot. And the breakfast is home-made by a kind lady in the kitchen. And house-keeping always keeps your room...

"Wonderful location and positive reviews of this property made us choose this hotel. The shower doesn't even have a curtain and is not separated from the rest of the bathroom anyhow.
