"Excellent location. The receptionists were amazing! The room was very clean. The decor was very nice. Rooms are spacious. The balcony is serene. Only a small issue: not all toiletry items and tea supplies were replenished daily. For example the hair shampoo was replenished but not the conditioner and body wash. Also there was only one set of toothbrush/toothpaste was there for 2 of us. But these were minor and overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff ( especially the the receptionists both...

"We genuinely couldn’t believe the size of the room. It was massive and was very reasonably priced. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from Taksim Square. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Their English was excellent."
