"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very spacious property, towels and bedding very fresh. The surrounding areas had excellent bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. There are also many shops close by. The only negative to this property in our opinion was the lack of seating in the lounge. The settee pictured on the website is not in the property, instead a settee which we couldn’t use as too low down, we just sat the dining table (not ideal). "Great house for our stay. "

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"We had a family stay here for a wedding which was unfortunately postponed so we took the opportunity to have an evening out in the area. This property is stunning. Very clean with plenty of space in a lovely location not too far from shops, takeaways, busses and trains. The host is fantastic with communication and very friendly and providing helpful information. Overall was a very lovely stay and I would recommend "

"We loved the flat and neighborhood. Easy access to tube. Host was very accessible and accommodating. The flat is comfortable well equiped and as advertised. Steep steps that didn't adversely affect us but would those with mobility or balance issues. Thank you Gina!"
