"Overall, it is a great place for a short stay. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is clean, in a great location that is close to public transportation and in between Oxford street, Hyde park and paddington station. I am giving it a 4 star out of 5 due to communication, I wish they told me in advance that the room is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, I also messaged them before I arrived asking if they offer early checkin but I haven’t heard back from them till date. "

"Clean and a very comfortable sleep. Room was great - appeared reasonably freshly decorated, and provided a minifridge, kettle and microwave, along with a hairdryer. Bathroom was very compact but worked well, although a few of the bathroom floor tiles appeared to be loose. Easy to get in once you figure out the door unlocking via mobile. Overall yes I would stay here again. "

"Great place to stay while visiting London. Quiet, clean, and comfortable apartment style hotel. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and big enough to spread out for a family. Quick walk to a couple of underground stations and then just minutes to all the sites in the London area. Several pubs and restaurants around to enjoy a nice dinner and drinks before walking back through nice little neighborhoods and parks. "
