"The location is amazing. Very close to the underground station. There are stairs to access the building (approx 8-12?) so if you have mobility issues it might cuz a problem. The hotel is a maze and the elevator is very small. The rooms are also quite small as well. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and definitely worth adding to your stay. If you don't mind the small inconveniences (small rooms and stairs) it is a great hotel in a very safe and great location. I would stay here again if I was returning to London. The gym was also very nice. It does have a very small fridge if you are looking for a fridge. "

"We had a delay at check in as our room wasn’t ready. We were offered free non-alcoholic drinks at the bar and also a room upgrade which we chose not to accept as it didn’t suit required number of beds for our family. The staff were super helpful and breakfast in the morning was the best hotel breakfast we’d ever had any of the extensive hotels we have visited, so fresh and piping hot. "

"This is the place to stay for Heathrow terminal 5. Nice restaurant and bar. Great breakfast and a patio overlooking outbound flights which was fun to watch. Room was nice and quiet, great bath and shower and tea making facilities and an easy trip on pod to terminal 8 pounds. No elevators so if you struggle with steps to restaurant it wouldn’t be for you. But I was impressed. Staff were great!"
