"This place is lovely. We didn’t have heat and it was fixed the same day. We also reported that the bedroom lights (LED) would not fully turn on with the switch. However, three of the four lights were partially lit even when the switch was turned off. We did report that immediately because there was always a glow at night. This was never fixed. Just for those who need it to be dark to sleep. "

"Manager was extremely accommodating. The house had many rooms and beds and everything we could want or need. The location was a short walk to the farmers market, bicentennial park, and the Sounds game that we went to."

"Great place. Lots of space. Bed very comfortable. Quiet Easy to access. No hassle parking. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Not a deal breaker:Cleaners missed a few spots when vacuuming. Could use a floor towel for shower. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We celebrated a friend’s 30th birthday in Nashville and stayed for the weekend. Everyone loved the house. I slept on a bunk bed with my husband and we were surprisingly comfortable. The coffee bar was great - plenty of coffee available for everyone. We were able to walk to breakfast one morning. Great common areas to hang out. "

"Everything was good . My only advice that would make it better is mirrors In the bedrooms and possible tvs. Larger couch /gathering area we had nowhere we could all hang out. Also walking outside in the rocks was tricky in our boots and heels"

"Jen (Genevieve) was an exceptional host. She was always responsive and helpful to the few things i needed to ask. She proactively sends/mentions things interactively as well as in the listing information. The house was in a great location for easy access to Nashville locations we were interested. Check in and out was flawless. The house itself had plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was great and had coffee! Great place, great price, great location, and awesome host."
