"The overall house was great, comfortable beds, very roomy and only 10 minutes from Downtown. Could use a deep cleaning on the floors and showers. There were only 2 coffee cups and 2 drinking glasses in the unit. Overall, I would definitely stay again."

"This house was perfect for multiple couples! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! We also liked the open concept of the kitchen… living room… and dining room. It was big enough for everyone to hang out in! The rooftop was pretty awesome as well! You definitely have to Uber to Broadway, but there are some fun restaurants and breweries around the house! I would highly recommend this place!!!"

"Had a lovey stay in Nashville at this rental. Plenty of space and amenities including a roof top patio, flat screen TVs with plenty of space to spread out among the three floors. Broadway a short Uber ride and airport within 30 min drive with some traffic. Mary was super easy to get a hold of and very helpful and accommodating. Hope to go back. "

During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group. "The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was very well appointed. The roof patio was a nice place to relax after a night on Broadway. The beds were super comfortable. Shout out to Kami the property manager, she was very prompt with all communication. The house was vacant the night before our stay so she allowed us an early check-in. This was our first, but not last group trip to Nashville, and we will not hesitate to rent this property again."

"I had a girls getaway at Over Yonder and we had a great time. The house was beautiful and was everything we needed it to be. Super close to Leiper's Fork and was perfect for our yearly getaway. "

"If your looking for a good location, lots of space for a cermony and to have family stay this is it. Its not to far in the country has pleanty of space for every one and a big backyard with animals. It was lovely! "
