"In a good area, I liked that it was gated and the building had a code as well. There is a train nearby. It didn’t bother us, but something to note if you’re a light sleeper. Kitchen is lightly equipped - we tried cooking breakfast but no basic seasonings; however, it has plates/utensils/etc. "

"The key code sent to us via email for entrance to the condo did not work upon arrival and we had to notify host to be able to get access. The building itself doesn’t look the most appealing but the condo itself was beautiful and clean. One of the “bedrooms” just has 2 curtains for doors, it would be nice if there would have been pocket doors for that room to have a little more privacy. The property was great location to music row and one mile walk to downtown. Overall, great place to stay for...

"Great location with a lot to offer"

"I love the location. The rooftop was great. The place is even larger than I had expected!!It appeared very clean topically, but needs a deep cleaning baseboards, outlets, doorknobs. I was surprised by the 40/hour fee for the early check-in, but I’m sure that was in the fine print. Didn’t love that they ask you to keep linens on the bed when you check out. They state that the reason is for easier counting of the linens, but it left me feeling a bit uneasy. "

"The Man cave, location, host, living area, and beds were great but you will want to bring noise canceling ear buds for your stay if you want to sleep because the train is a bit much. Also we did not know the bedroom upstairs is a loft open to the living room and kitchen below. Again noise canceling earbuds would be great. They did provide us with a noise machine and ear plugs but that didn't quite cut it. Really great location though very close to downtown an easy walk to Broadway."
