"We had a pretty relatively OK stay, the bed that my husband and I slept on, says that it is a queen bed, it is NOT a queen bed. There was hardly any room for the both of us in the bed. Cleanness was pretty much OK. They did not even have the toilet paper roll on a roller. It was just sitting in the toilet paper dispenser, that should be fixed. "I booked at this hotel and was supposed to receive an email within 24 hours of check-in with lockbox instructions to get my room key. I never received an email. There is no front office on the property so there was nobody to talk to about checking in. The number listed on Expedia went straight to voicemail because the office isn’t open on weekends and the number on Google was disconnected. I was pressed for time and could not check-in to the room I booked so I had to search nearby for a hotel...
