"Good morning, I experienced issue with the Ac/Heating unit. My room temperature was set on 66 degrees, I tried numerous of times to set the heat temperature, which was unsuccessful. I had to call the front desk and request the maintenance department to come into #310. There he explained to me that facility was experiencing issue with the unit. He had to literary go into the bathroom ceiling and manually switch the unit from AC to Heat mode. I asked the question if i should request the AC to be...
