"The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful - the other staff were great too. I did use the gym 2 days and that was fine - although I can never figure out out to use the TV/remotes! That was likely my problem. Only disappointment was no drinkable water other than bottled water. That might be a Texas thing, but a good source of filtered water other than plastic-filled bottles would be great. The pool/spa were down for maintenance but staff accommodated that and we look forward to that improvement when completed. Overall great. Thanks"
