"When I arrived I found my room had a damaged window. The receptionist was absolutely brilliant, sorted out a change of room for me without any hesitation and took great personal care to ensure I was happy. The definition of great customer service! "

"Great spot for a city break, everything's in walking distance. No accounting for those noisy birds squawking at all hours of the night, swooping into the echoey shopping precinct in search of food or a mate. Then there's the seagulls... Anyway, the apartment itself (on the first floor, which is actually three or four floors up from street level) was spotless, warm and well-equipped. Highly recommended, la!"
