"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed to find that my bedroom was not clean upon arrival and was not cleaned properly during my stay. This aspect definitely needs improvement to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests."
