"The hotel is really cool. Breakfast was various, the room is wide and perfectly clean and the staffs are welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was Summit Bar, I had an inconvenient with one of the staff who treated us impolitely and got us to leave. Otherwise I recommend the hotel."

"Beautiful facility, great location for tourism in Taxsim area, great ground floor cafe and rooftop restaurant amenities. For me the hours of free Steam & Sauna 09:00-22:00 were the same hours I was out of the hotel as a tourist exploring so I cannot rate them. Extending steam and sauna hours to before breakfast (07:00-23:59) and after dinner would have been beneficial for my schedule and a great way to start and end the day."

"The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room was clean. The hotel was in the old part of the city and in walking distance to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque and the Hippodrome. They were only about 10 mins away. "

"It jas shuttle bus from hotel to Taksim square but you can use feom 10 am to 10 pm. No bus stop and metro near hotel. "

"The hotel is a great location literally 5 mins from the blue mosque, hagia Sophia and topkapi palace. Staff very friendly and helpful. The heated pool is great. Rooftop restaurant serves great breakfast and views are fantastic. Dinners at rooftop restaurant is a bit hit and miss first day was great but last day food was cold. Restaurants around the hotel are very expensive and not all have good food. Small market bazaar nearby as well. Hotel offers shuttle service from airport."
