"They make you sign some privacy document that mentions access to your data, but they won’t let you read it or give you a copy. It’s very suspicious. This is separate from the reservation form. No clue what I signed. Others have also complained about this in reviews. Said when they insisted on reading it, the staff tore it up dramatically. "

"The location is great. It's around the corner of all the café, bars and pubs in Galata without all the noise. The hotel staff is amazing en the room was quiet and neat clean. Highly recommended for "

"Great spot . Spa fabulous experience. Would be nice to get smart TV in the room so can watch Prime or Netflix. At the bar I would get some bartender with great drinks. Overall great place and nice people. "
