"Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. "Hotel location is very near to Hui Min Street with alot of nice Halal food, the City Wall, Bell/ Drum Tower and Metro station. The staffs are all very helpful especially Ms. Guo Ting and Ms. Liu Jia Lin who went the extra miles to help us navigating the food delivery and tickets service using the WeChat app. Even the chamber maid is very helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay there even if the hotel room seems a little old but overall we still enjoyed our stay there. "
