"The staff is rude especially the chief of housekeeping. When I couldn’t find the face towels in the washroom, I called the receptionist. "Not in city centre but is fairly convenient to get taxi (about 20rmb) to Xian train station and city centre. Leave an hour journey by taxi if need to go to the airport. Super convenient to access to supermarket, KFC, bubble tea and other eateries as is just next to the service apartments"

"Our best travel experience. The room is new with extra space in comparing with other China hotels. The staff are exceptionally helpful (buying train tickets in person for us). It is so conveniently located within 200 feet distance you can access to everything you need. We wish there is more hotel like this. The breakfast is fantastic and we all are over eaten at times. Highly recommended. "
