"The staff is rude especially the chief of housekeeping. When I couldn’t find the face towels in the washroom, I called the receptionist. "Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."
