"Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."

"The staff is rude especially the chief of housekeeping. When I couldn’t find the face towels in the washroom, I called the receptionist. A lady came opening my door without knocking, I was quite shocked, luckily I latched the door. She asked me what was my problem , so I told her about the missing towels. She went into the washroom to check and she checked my bed too. She gave me a her disbelief look. When she came back with the towels, she asked me again whether I had misplaced somewhere. I was...

"Near stadium and Metro. Walking distance to museums."

"Overall disappointing. The WiFi was the worst I’ve had in China. The room was very old fashioned. There was no shower curtain and the towels were very old and ripped. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. On our first night there was no hot water until 9.30pm which was very inconvenient as we weren’t pre warned, although we were given a complimentary breakfast when we complained. Finally the driver arranged by the hotel to bring us to the airport was terrifying, driving c140km per hour...

"Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."
