"Convenient location right next to Pagoda and many food & shopping options nearby. Very friendly and caring staff, allowing us to check in in the morning into an upgraded and very spacious room. The only thing that lacks slightly back behind the high hotel standard is the swimming pool with a little outdated facilities and sombre atmosphere. The hotel offers free entrance into the art museum attached which is worth a visit e.g. after enjoying the rich and tasty breakfast."

"Hotel staff were excellent, couldn't provide greater compliments. They were friendly, and helpful whenever you needed them. The location is also ideal, with easy access to virtually everything you would want to see within the city walls. The room was OK, but the bed was very uncomfortable, with only a very thin yoga mat style mattress on a wooden bed. Overall, would stay again, but hopefully the beds will be replaced."

"You will get more than expected for the price you pay for staying here. First of all, me and my group of people had so many last minute arrangements and Steven and his team attended to us attentively, fulfilling all our needs. The place is so near to Muslim Quarter that its so easy to get souvenirs and you will not have a chance to be hungry. This place is extra cosy and all the staffs were so friendly to us.
