"When I tried to check in, the guy couldn't find keys to my room. He scrambled for about 20 minutes, but nothing. He apologized several times and seemed a bit nervous, but I reassured him that I'd be willing to take whatever he had available. He ended up finding a room and then the key didn't fit. Honestly, I couldn't get annoyed because sometimes these things just happen. He went above and beyond to get us situated. We finally got into our room and it was probably the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. It wasn’t super fancy, but was very cute and super tidy. I will be staying here again for sure. If the hotel reads this review, give that guy a raise. He's worth every penny. "

"I didn’t like that the room didn’t have a window view of the mountains in the back. Also one of the ladies at the front desk was very rude "

"Everyone was so nice, the bed was the best ever, wanted to take it home. Breakfast was wonderful, much much more than I was expecting! "
