"I always love coming here! We do it annually, if not more as we live in Colorado. I’ve NEVER had a BAD experience so please don’t read this in that way. Only warning I have is don’t sleep in room 402. It’s right by glass doors that slam all night with people going through them and it’s attached to a main hallway. Other than that - it’s always a pleasure! "

"The lodge had had a fire 4 months previous that we were not told about when we made our reservations. You can imagine our surprise when we got there, but the new property management worked with us to get us a condominium. It was lovely and comfortable and clean. They were very accomodating. "

"We love this hotel for its indoor pool, hot tub and game room. We stayed two night this time up and we did learn a few things.. 1) the pool is not consistently warm which is a bummer, 2) the attached restaurant is where you can have a buffet breakfast..kids are free but adults pay 17.99 which is absurd, 3) staff don’t communicate super well. We kept getting told different answers to things. "

"This is right on the water! We stayed one night with a family of 4. 2 adults and 2 5 year olds. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony was nice. The room was a little dated but had that Rocky Mountain charm. The hosts were very accommodating. We were there in early October and they had Smore kits for families for purchase ($7). "Clean, quiet, spacious rooms (we had one with fireplace, jetted tub in room, kitchenette). Patio space right outside room had comfortable lounging area, BBQs, and firepit. Bathroom and kitchen a bit dated, but not a concern to us. Again, very clean. Coffee, toast, cereal, yogurt for breakfast. Go out if you want more than that. We'll come back for another 2 night getaway. Staff was very nice. Thank you."
