"Enjoyed the spacious floorplan and rooms with separate bathrooms. We were disappointed with a few items. The lack of complete cups, dishes, utensils, and silverware. Also, the master bathroom wasn't stocked with toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, soap, or washcloths. The bath towels and pool towels could use an update and be more plenty."

"The property is amazing. It is a beautiful, spacious house, amazing location and all the additional items provided are top class. We did not miss anything. The one star that was deducted is for bad communication: - We find out that the pool heater we paid for was broken after we did troubleshooting for a day. We finally reached out on Sunday ourselves and were asked to reach out to the other owner. They knew it was broken since Thursday and did not say anything. - Pointing out that this was bad...

Beautifully decorated, all the necessities needed (plus more), had a great layout, easy check in and check out process, and top-notch communication! Plus, if you need anything during your stay, you simply text and they make sure it is taken care of. Especially for the price, I highly suggest this home for your stay. It is a Cape Coral Treasure!"

"Our stay at this home was absolutely amazing , great location, quite peaceful & relaxing with great sunsets , not far from nice restaurants and shopping.The entire home was everything we expected and more,we enjoyed the bicycles and jacuzzi in the evening time! We even rented their Boat and took a trip Over to Sanibel Island for the day! "This was one of, if not the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Quiet, peaceful , all the amenities you’d need. Only regret? Wish we had stayed longer. Fast and easy checkin and checkout, centrally located. And I cannot stress how peaceful the back dock and pool are. Thank you and I would stay again!! "
