"Upon first using the shower and sink the stench was terrible having to put in ceiling fans and open the balcony door the entire day. It’s dated but sufficient, needs new couch.Excellent views watching dolphins strand feed drinking coffee every morning. Secluded to a degree with awesome lovers key park across the street."

"We had a comfortable 2 week stay. Two bedroom unit in an older condominium complex. Lanai overlooks the pool area. Appliances are up to date. Adequate kitchen ware and supplies. WiFi and Roku service provided. Common laundry has plenty of machines. Complex is conveniently located for access to Edison Mall and downtown entertainment area. Easy drive to my venue during the stay. "

"Property was clean and very well stocked with dish soap, laundry soap, spices, beach chairs and towels. While there was some beach construction right in front of the building we could easily spend time on the beach with a short walk to the right.There aren't any restaurants in walking distance but we easily used the trolley and Uber to get around."

"We came to visit my sister and her familiy. We loved our accommodations. Warm pool, beautiful views and comfortable beds! Grocery store is across the street. Perfect place. Will stay here again!"

"The photos were accurate and the location couldn't be better. All the staff were very friendly. The pool was kept around 90 degrees which was perfect for us and made it easy to get in with the kids on the cooler days! "

"So much of Fort Myers Beach has been rebuilt since the hurricane. It is getting better and better. We want to return to this unit. The hosts are easily the best we have ever rented from. The penthouse unit has the best view of the beach and ocean of any unit in the 3 buildings. I love a balcony with a spectacular view. We lived on the balcony reading, relaxing, and taking in the incredible scenery. Wow. I was so relaxed I kept taking naps all week long."

"Overall, this was a nice property. The location and view is exceptional. Some silverware and other kitchen items were missing or may need to be replaced. Beds were comfortable as was the sitting area. Have stayed in other condos on beach and also in this building that have been updated. In comparison, this unit was a little higher priced and could benefit from a thorough cleaning as well as some minor updates."

"Condo very nice - worked great for 2 and for 4 while my sister was there for 2 days. The only think I would suggest is giving 2 passes to park or at least change listing to say only 1."
