"A very quiet and clean mini-condo. The property website warned of possible disturbance thanks to reno's happening to the buildings on either side and beach restoration. Couldn't hear a thing. And the beach restoration is almost complete. At least 50+ yards of beach from the building to the shore. Spotless. And the staff were very responsive to questions via email. "
