"Great stay overall with a few hiccups. The property is beautiful and lively, with an elevated lobby level and a welcome margarita on arrival—a nice touch. Check-in was a bit awkward, as the receptionist seemed unsure and constantly sought confirmation from colleagues. Our room was clean, quiet, and matched our booking (2 queens, no upgrade available). "I have stayed here many times and always enjoy it. My first time back since the hurricane and noticed a few differences. Even though you have a $20/day resort fee, parking charge was $50 and maid service will not show up unless you call and schedule. Beach chairs, table and umbrella is now $35/day and they WILL throw you off the beach at exactly 5pm. You will still have an enjoyable time but it's going to cost you a lot more. "
