"Renting this house was one of the choices we’ve made when traveling. Our group was 5 guests- 2 couples and a child. Starting with the host- she was super responsive and easy to work with. Flexible and accommodating. The house itself was pretty great. Starting with the outside it has a nice driveway with ample shaded parking. The landscaping was really cute and we were delighted to find the pathway lit at night. The pool in the back was just perfect. There was plenty of seating options in the shade and in the sun. We contributed to the pool toys but there was a tube and a floating lounge available for use along with pumps. We saw the grill but opted to DoorDash instead. Don’t forget there is a shower outside WITH hot water if needed to rinse off after the beach. And a wagon and lots of chairs to use at the beach!Inside we found a well decorated beach vibe house with high ceilings and nice light. Kitchen well appointed- even had an electric kettle. Plenty of room for our group. It was SO nice to have the washer and dryer available. There were some toys and games which was nice. I saw a few books too. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach. It reallly is only A 2 minute walk so there’s no excuse not to catch a beautiful sunset. We will definitely consider this rental the next time we visit FMB. It was a great stay. "
