"the staff was great. all of them were very funny and lighthearted. my girlfriend and i went for a night in their pool. 13 teenage boys came in and terrorized us. throwing things at us, yelling at us. humping eachother etc. infront of children as well. so my only wish is that more staff came down to see what was happening. bed was nice, shower never got hot, we were missing lightbulbs?"

"The Hawthorne Hotel was a great location and the room had plenty of space for our group. The staff were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond when I wasn't feeling well. The afternoon cider was delightful and especially lovely after a cold day outside. We did not eat in the restaurant but the smells were wonderful. The only negative is that the hotel is showing some signs of age and my knees touched the wall while using the restroom. We would totally stay there again."
