"The inside of the property was great, as were the hosts. Though I will say I was very surprised to find that the door to the apartment was on the street, so privacy was a bit difficult to attain. The area of the property was also a little strange, certainly different than more central Madrid, but not dangerous at all. The hosts were great and the property was well equipped."

The pull out couch was very thin and my daughter felt the metal pole against her back all night. "The hotel was clean and conveniently located near a metro station, with comfortable rooms that made for a pleasant stay. While there was no daily service, it wasn’t an issue for me. However, parking was challenging, as I had to park far from the hotel. On checkout day, my room keys were deactivated at 11 am, which delayed retrieving my bags.
