"Everything was perfect until check-out when I asked for the shuttle from T2 to T1 of the airport. Service I had reserved on check-in and confirmed at 7pm. At 5:15 am, both receptonist, rudely denied I had reserved when suddenly the shuttle driver arrived and informed them, I had reserved the service, and he was ready to take me to T1"

"This is a good choice if planning to attend a concert in Foro Sol or Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. Puebla Metro Station is 1 km away. Surroundings are safe to walk around during any time of the day any time. Hotel Staff was very courteous. They allowed us to check in a bit earlier, and after check out they allowed us to save our bags in the front desk for a few hours with no cost. The Beverly Hills Restaurant was good as well."

"My boyfriend and I enjoyed 3 nights here during Día De Los Muertos. I’ll start with the good stuff: 1. Amazing location right next to the zocalo (of course, It’s in the name) 2. "I loved how my bed was made. The sheets were clean every time. The managers in the restaurant were very nice and helping out on the tables. I love it when I’m eating and when I’m done they come over and pick up the dishes on the table. I don’t like eating when they’re are dirty plates, cups on the table. That was a plus on my book! I wish I had time to enjoy the pool. "
