"The Hotel is lovely when you drive in although it is easy to miss the entrance. Our room was in the Coach House and was clean but a little dated. The Spa is lovely and clean but lacks beds for the amount of people that visit it, and the changing rooms lack personal changing lockers. The Sauna and the steam room are not very hot but again they were nice and clean and you can hire a robe, towel and slippers for £10 per person for the duration of your stay. "Had a lovely mini break at this hotel. Very clean and in an ideal location for walking to the city centre. Enjoyed our stay and parked locally. I am returning soon with my mum. One star chalked off as I expected our room to be cleaned and made up. One of the sheets had seen better days, had a tear in it. I won't be using the bar again, far too expensive! Those was my only grumbles but not put me off my return stay."
