"This ADU unit is very cute and clean. The location was excellent for our trip. I had not paid close enough attention to listing and was surprised to find only a Queen Size bed. There is plenty of room for a king and it was odd for a full one bedroom unit not to have it. "The property is well equipped and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning of our stay. We loved a private patio and SPA with great view. There are many things to do around the place within 30min by car, San Diego Safari Park, Oceanside beach, Carlsbad Premium Outlet and a lot of breweries. "We arrived on a rainy and cold Friday, probably the areas only rainy day in a long time. Communications ahead of time from the host was fantastic. Debra met us when we arrived and welcomed us. Our suite was cozy and roomy and comfortable. The hosts have an informative binder listing everything we needed to know, and recommendations for places to go nearby. We really enjoyed our conversations with them too! The neighborhood/area is scenic, quiet and peaceful and lovely to walk from the house....

"The owner was very nice and it is obvious. She put a lot of effort into the rooms in the rooms. The first night was wonderful. The bedding was so comfortable. Everything was great. Bottom line, it is a shared situation. People arrived talking at 3/2 AM and continued to talk For over 30 minutes."
