"Room was little small for us couple with 2 kids but not bad. You get what you pay for. Very conveniently located from old town, 15 minutes tram ride away. Tram is actuly 2 minute walk. Great brakfast, nice pool, customer servicw great. Microwave not in the room but in the lobby. Play area for kids. Very nice environment. Will definitely recommend for family travel."

"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. This tends to be a common problem wherever I stay. Inconvenient for sure. The bed in my room had an awkward, downward slant toward the...

"It is a bit aways from the main areas. Not much to do around the hotel, need to take tram or walk 40mins. Hotel is clean overall but I did find several hairs on our comforter and pillow upon arrival. Our room was big and spacious and we used the sauna couple times. Sauna is small, enough for 2 people but luckily it was empty whenever we went. Hotel itself seemed new; hallways, lobby, amenities were all spotless. I would stay here again. "
